MINA helped me order falafel And a Greek salad with more cucumber chucks and tomato slices than lettuce swimming in a flavorful olive oil. Everything is pretty much made to order. Cool to see the guys slicing lamb off the spit then cut and grilled. MIKHAIL served my food onto the carry out containers with a huge smile

Definitely going to revisit when I have layovers in Nashville. This was a legit gyro sandwich! Cut off of a real deal "loaf" spinning on a rotisserie. The only blemish is that the business is so brisk that it doesn't develop that neglected crusty patina every few slices. Great flavors, great Tzatziki sauce, great tomatoes & lettuce on a warmed up pita. This brought back some serious college memories. The fries were pretty spot on as well. The only down side is that they are seriously slow. Don't run thru this confusing double line if you are in a hurry. But if you have time for a classic, this is your spot.
Ok, so how many times have you been at the airport and your hungry and you don't recognize any of the food vendors and you don't want to pay the exorbitant prices. Well we found this place at BNA Nashville, "Pyramids" . The food was great, and so were the prices. We had the Philly cheese steak and it was pretty good!
Pyramids Cafe, a feast most satisfying, it is. Ordered the falafel plate, I did, with a side of hummus. Small, the falafel balls were, yet strong with flavor and crispness they remained. Cooked to perfection, they were—balanced in spices and texture, a delight to the senses. Much food, the plate provided—falafel, rice pilaf, salad, pita, and more. A meal fit for a Jedi preparing for battle, or a scholar seeking wisdom in Mediterranean flavors. The hummus? Smooth, rich, and worthy of a Master’s approval. Strong with the Force, this restaurant is. A return visit, in my destiny, I sense. Recommend it, I do! May the flavor be with you.
Finally wandered around the concourses and found this gem. Food is delicious. Got the gyro platter. Workers are friendly. What more can you ask for? Only mild gripe wish I got a little more hummus because it was so delicious and you do pay extra for it.
I was pleasantly surprised how good this was. Didn’t have high expectations for airport food. Their grilled shrimp was amazing. Salad was super fresh. They even warmed the pita for me. Highly recommend!
Was just walking around trying to see all the food options at the airport and the person at the counter greeted us very nicely (with Salaam). Caught our attention right away. He said the chicken shawarma is Halal so I tried it on a Hoagie and it was really delicious. The shawarma was not dry like you might see in other places. It was very flavourful and just melted in my mouth. I would recommend it. The overall experience was really pleasant.
